IT'S NOT YOU...

Who is it to blame in a relationship, when someone gets dumped because the significant other just wants to try every flavour of men there is in SL? The cheater of course, most people would say.

But what happens when the person dumped gets back to the afore mentioned ex? Would you do it? Can we justify this to the fact that love can conquer all? Or maybe it’s just the fact that some people, just can’t do better?

I have been in a few relationships in SL and a very few serious ones in RL and I have to admit that in my own personal case, when it’s over, it’s over.

There are a number of things each person brings and gets from the relationship, so when that is no longer the case, it’s time to move on. I don’t believe in the perfect picture of happiness; relationships take time, work and must be built upon trust. When that trust is broken, there’s simply no turning back; it’s like trying to mend glass, you may make it look like the original, but the cracks are still there. Second chances? maybe, there are feelings to consider… but ask yourself, will it ever be the same? Every person in life must be made feel as if they were champagne: bubbly, delicious and expensive.

When faced with an ex that just wants to get back for whatever number of reasons, keep in mind than sometimes is best to be alone, than settle for lukewarm love… plenty of men out there
